We aim to promote, foster and safeguard the game of Indoor Bowls in the County of Oxfordshire, to enforce the rules for playing according to the laws of the English Indoor Bowls Association (EIBA) and to collaborate with similar organisations in arranging, promoting and financing inter-county matches and Championships.
